Kantha Work:
A traditional thread work with a fat needle that runs across the quilt with multiple threads, common to the local region of Rajasthan, land of the Royals.
These cotton patchwork Kanthas are made from printed cotton Sari's, Pieced together and then Stitched with a running Stitch (Kantha). The back side is solid cotton with running kantha stitching.
NB. Vintage items will show some signs of wear and very occasional small imperfections and marks that reflect their age. please study the photos and request more details if unsure prior to purchasing.
